Physical Wellness is a basic key to a positive attitude. Without physical wellness, there can be no long-term positivity. Why? Because when a person is significantly overweight, has body aches and pains, chronic headaches, lack of energy and/or poor sleep, to name just a few, there is little to no hope for feeling well emotionally. Being well physically benefits you in several ways. Most importantly, physical wellness equals energy! And energy gets you through the day with a better attitude. Being tired undeniably equates to less than optimal mood; groggy, cranky feelings accompany a lack of good rest. If we want consistent positivity in our lives, it is important for all of us to identify ways we can maintain physical wellness.
